When you order both men’s and women’s versions of the exact same garment, you can go below the MOQ without incurring surcharge pricing. You can order as few as 3 of one when you order at least MOQ of the other.

Yes! We provide MOQs to achieve the best pricing at the lowest quantities. However, you still have the option to order under minimum quantities and pay a higher per-piece cost. Just keep in mind that there are benefits to ordering at least the recommended MOQ levels, including free setup, free design, and free shipping.

We offer volume pricing, so per-piece costs go down as quantities increase. After our initial MOQ breaks, the next significant volume price break is at 75+ pieces. All garments (excluding accessories) count toward the total order quantity and price breaks.

There are both printed and non-printed panels on most bibs and short models. Printed panels have no color limits– you may print as many as you like. The non-printed panels are solid spandex material. Available options are based on the garment/s you choose. Depending on the model, you may choose from 9 colors of spandex: black, dark gray, royal blue, navy, midnight blue, red, olive green, chocolate brown, and white. [ See our spandex color chart. ]

Yes! All FR-C Pro bottoms come standard with the Cirro S for men and Cirro S W for Women. Bottoms in other collections get the Cirro for men and Cirro W for women. You may choose to upgrade your chamois for an additional fee. Chrono Suits get the Chrono Pad, which has been designed based on the rider’s position during a time trial. In many cases, you can select the color of the zipper, trims, and stitching that will work best with your design. Available options depend on the garment/s you choose. In general, 8-Week Production items offer more opportunities for advanced customization, so if your needs are more specific, consider 8WP items.

We offer complimentary setup and design time when you order MOQs. You can’t put a price on the creative process!

Our team is happy to work with your designer. We can share templates upon request for layout and our in-house experts will review the final files to ensure everything is set up correctly. [ See general artwork requirements HERE > ]

We prefer vector-based image files. If you have a logo or design that is raster, the resolution should be 300 dpi for printing. The color space should be in CMYK not RGB. [ Learn more about our art requirments. ]

Our experienced designers have created thousands of completely original kits for customers. They can work with many ideas, or no ideas at all. To see a sampling of kits we’ve created, browse the inspiration page for ideas.

There is no limit to the number of colors you can use in your design. Our colors are based on the Pantone Solid Coated Color System. RGB or Hex codes are converted as closely as possible.

Yes! We can print one true neon color per design.

For enhanced visibility during cycling, we offer an optional reflective fabric treatment that can appear on rear pockets, arm bands, and leg bands, depending on the garment/s you choose. This is not an ink, but glass beads embedded inside the threads of the fabric. Your artwork can be printed on top of these panel pieces to maintain your design integrity. All custom program artwork will be created following the Giordana Custom standard branding locations and must comply with the Giordana brand standards.

Private label requests are considered on a case by case basis and at minimum require an approved wholesale account and 500+ quantity. If interested, please inquire.

With the Giordana Patch Program we can create a custom 3D silicone version of your own logo to be stitched on to each item in the location of your choosing. Minimum quantities apply. For details, please inquire.

The majority of our most popular items are produced in 4 weeks. Other items take 8 weeks. Shipping time is additional and transit from Italy varies by country. US customers should have the garments in hand within 2 weeks of the order departing the factory.
